Overall great experience - from making the reservation to pick up through drop-off. With the assigned parking spots (very close to the airport terminal) and lock box on the vehicle with the keys, made it very convenient for pick up and return…no waiting in lines!!!
Staff was very courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive (with emails, phone calls, and texts). They returned all my calls immediately (and I made several) and even returned by mail an incidental item I left in the vehicle…special shout out to Jennifer…congrats.
I would highly recommend them and I would go out of my way to use Journey again.
